Qualifications

• Requires at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of YMCA programs and volunteers is essential.
• Strong administrative, scheduling and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the designated program area under the direction of the Program Director.
• Assist in supervising employees and volunteers, including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating.
• Maintain and improve participant engagement, retention and awareness of current field trends.
• Maintain program documentation and statistical reporting.
