Team Gilbert offers an opportunity for a licensed clinician to serve as Counselor at the Gilbert Advocacy Center. The role focuses on delivering outpatient mental and behavioral health services to a diverse client base, including court-ordered offenders, crisis cases, and victims.

You will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and coordinate treatment plans while maintaining EMR documentation and treatment referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• 5 years of experience in conducting clinical screenings and assessments.
• License: LCSW or LPC in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call crisis response for Gilbert residents.
• Perform individual therapy using evidenced based modalities.
• Complete court-ordered screenings and assessments.
• Facilitate youth diversion programs and intake assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge plans.
