Job summary

Rise Inc. is seeking a Community-Based Supports Worker in Idaho to provide one-on-one and group services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.

You will implement treatment plans, document daily sessions, and coordinate with the treatment team to promote independent living skills and social connections. You must be 18+ with reliable transportation, a valid license and insurance, and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and MANDT/de-escalation certification training (provided by Rise) required or obtainable.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the plan for treatment.
• Record accurate data collection and complete daily documentation of each session.
• Collaborate and coordinate services with treatment team members in various settings.
