Job summary

Wraparound Maryland, Inc. in New Castle County seeks a qualified professional to engage youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans meeting court requirements.

You will work as part of a team, including both professional and non-professional members, in a community-based, hybrid setting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, with Masters preferred, willingness to travel in New Castle County, and readiness to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is required; master's preferred.
• Ability to work with youth and families in a community setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiar with community-based services in Delaware.
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license; reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within New Castle County.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans meeting family needs and court requirements.
• Collaborate with a team including professional and non-professional members to implement interventions.
• Maintain strong relationships with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds.
