Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Trust is seeking a Program Coordinator I - Entrepreneurship to support youth and ʻohana through culturally grounded, trauma-informed programming. You will manage logistics, data entry, and daily operations, coordinating with YES workers and the broader team to ensure youth access and participation across multiple sites.

The role combines direct youth engagement with operational responsibilities, including scheduling, documentation, and program quality improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in social services, education, or related field.
Experience working with youth or community programs preferred.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate activities and data entry accurately.
Demonstrated commitment to Native Hawaiian communities or youth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain respectful relationships with youth, families, and community members.
Facilitate group activities and mentor youth using positive youth development practices.
Coordinate program logistics across locations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Support enrollment, attendance tracking, and data entry for program records.
Collaborate with program staff to design, implement, and adjust activities.
Provide front desk and operations support as needed.
Assist with transportation logistics and site coordination.
