Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Center is seeking a Youth Engagement Specialist I to support safe, welcoming environments for Native Hawaiian youth across LT programs. You will help with relationships, engagement, and program facilitation within established structures.

The role includes intake, data entry, operational support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound services and successful youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with youth in programs or schools.
• Commitment to Native Hawaiian communities and youth.
• Ability to work within program structures and protocols.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with youth, families, and community members
• Assist with youth program facilitation and logistics
• Support enrollment, intake, and data entry tasks
• Provide operations support including front desk, phone coverage, and transportation as needed
• Collaborate with team and participate in trainings
