Job summary

Philadelphia Youth Basketball, Inc. (PYB) is seeking an Entrepreneurship Coach-Facilitator to deliver entrepreneurship and business fundamentals programming for youth.

The role combines practical business knowledge with strong facilitation to help young people develop confidence, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The position reports to PYB’s Director of Enrichment and involves mentoring participants, coordinating sessions, and collaborating with partners to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in entrepreneurship and business fundamentals, with curriculum development experience.
• Experience facilitating programs for youth in schools, after-school or community settings.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops on entrepreneurship, business fundamentals and financial literacy.
• Coach and mentor participants as they develop business ideas, plans and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Enrichment to set goals, learning objectives, and curriculum.
• Coordinate day-to-day program logistics, including schedules, materials and communications.
• Create a safe, inclusive, youth-centered learning environment.
• Build relationships with community organizations, mentors and volunteers.
• Support recruitment and promotional activities as needed.
• Track attendance, outcomes and data for evaluation.
