Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with youth, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to design and execute creative, educational activities.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead youth enrichment programs tailored to youth needs.
• Facilitate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality programs and services.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment following YMCA policies.
• Build relationships with participants, parents, and community members.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to youth for personal growth.
• Prepare and maintain records and progress reports.
