Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking Youth Enrichment Instructors to support on-site before/after school programs at elementary schools in Naperville and surrounding communities. You will help create safe, student-centered environments that promote learning, character development, healthy living, and positive relationships.

Qualifications

• 17+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Strong communicator, enthusiastic leader, and passionate about youth development and equity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing child-centered environments that promote learning, character development and healthy living.
• Ensure a safe, interactive and enriching program experience for participants.
• Maintain safety and security of all program participants.
• Deliver on-site at elementary school locations.
