Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Knowledge of adolescent development, behavior management, and positive youth engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of juvenile justice operations and secure facility environments.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ability to analyze participation data and evaluate program effectiveness.

Aufgaben

• Plans, coordinates, implements, and oversees comprehensive youth engagement programming.
• Ensures programming develops leadership, teamwork, and responsible use of leisure time.
• Manages incentive and recognition programs to reinforce positive behavior and growth.
• Supervises facility-based Youth Engagement staff, sets performance expectations, and provides coaching.
• Monitors program quality, participation, and effectiveness; maintains records and analyzes data.
