Job summary

PaTTAN Harrisburg is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Youth Engagement. The role supports communication between youth and educators to improve educational services for students with disabilities, and assists with training materials under supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between youth and educators to enhance educational services.
• Support training efforts and development of materials to include youth voice.
• Assist in creating resources and publications under supervisor guidance.
