Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Youth Empowerment Programs Facilitator to lead program delivery across multiple site locations serving youth ages 11–24. You will implement engaging activities and support site development to broaden outreach and impact.

In this role you will collaborate with school and community partners, mobilize volunteers, and ensure programs are inclusive, safe, and results-driven, fostering positive youth development across the region.

• Experience implementing youth empowerment programs across community settings.
• Ability to engage youth ages 11-24 and support site development.
