Job summary

Qualifications

• Competent in using the Young Adult Peer Mentoring Practice Profile.
• Ability to create and maintain supportive relationships with YYA.
• Strong commitment to the rights of people served.

Responsibilities

• Work with YYA to enhance skills of self-direction.
• Provide 1:1 peer mentoring to YYA.
• Facilitate peer support groups for YYA.
