Monroe Harding, Inc. is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support young adults (16–26) in preparing for and securing employment using trauma-informed approaches.

The role blends group coaching, individualized coaching, and employer engagement within a team-based Resource Center environment. In addition to traditional workforce placement, you will lead Monroe Gardens, a youth-powered initiative producing and selling handcrafted plant and wellness goods, and help scale future social enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and community resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workforce Readiness & Coaching programs for youth.
• Engage employers, coordinate internships, and support Monroe Gardens initiatives.
• Provide case management referrals for housing, transportation, food, and childcare.
• Plan and implement events, job fairs, and resource fairs.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress documentation.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive environment at the Resource Center.
