Job summary

Larkin Street Youth Services is seeking an Employment Training Program Manager to lead the Employment Training program and the Youth Force internship for clients. You will supervise staff, coordinate weekly schedules, manage budgets, and help develop curricula for life skills and job readiness.

The role requires 2–3 years in workforce development and some supervisory experience, with a hybrid work setup including one remote day per week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in workforce development, academic or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Employment Training Program implementation and execution.
• Oversee Youth Force internship program for Larkin Street clients.
• Hire and support interview processes for staff and program teams.
• Maintain program records, timecards, and documentation.
• Provide weekly supervision to ETP and Youth Force staff.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and external collaborations.
• Contribute to curriculum development for life skills and job readiness.
• Lead budget management and monthly expense reporting.
