Job summary

Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco seeks a Program Manager of Youth Force Internship to supervise day-to-day operations of the Employment Training program and the Youth Force paid internship program for clients. You will coordinate staff, interns, scheduling, and budgets while modeling trauma-informed, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in workforce development or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural, diverse environment.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the Employment Training Program.
• Supervise the Youth Force internship program for clients.
• Lead staff recruitment for the Youth Force program and other Workforce teams.
• Maintain accurate records, timecards, and weekly staff supervision.
