Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of direct services to youth or young adults.
• Experience in workforce development, employment services, career coaching, or case management.
• Ability to travel between program sites and throughout San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to engage young people across programs and community.
• Deliver job readiness training and coaching sessions.
• Place participants in employment opportunities and support retention.
• Maintain confidential participant records and document progress in data systems.
