Job summary

Life House, a nonprofit serving at-risk and homeless youth in downtown Duluth, MN, seeks an Employment Case Manager to support teens and young adults ages 16-24.

You will help youth set employment goals, develop soft skills, grow financial literacy, identify training needs, explore pathways, and build therapeutic relationships. This is a full-time role reporting to the Futures Program Director with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management for youth.
• Ability to develop employment goals and pathways for youth.
• Strong interpersonal and supportive relationship skills.
• Knowledge of financial literacy concepts for youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Support youth to set employment goals and develop employment soft skills.
• Grow financial literacy and identify relevant training needs.
• Explore employment pathways while building therapeutic relationships with youth aged 16–24.
• Provide case management to address multiple needs and reduce barriers to employment outcomes.
