Job summary

Life House in Duluth, MN is seeking a Youth Advocate – Resources Coordinator to supervise meals and activities at the drop-in Youth Center, creating a safe, welcoming space for youth aged 14-24.

You will perform needs assessments, build supportive relationships, connect youth to Life House and community resources, and help obtain vital documents and health insurance. The role reports to the Youth Center Program Director and may require some evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meals and activities in the drop-in Youth Center to create a safe, welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Perform needs assessments and build therapeutic relationships with youth to help address their goals.
• Connect youth to Life House and community resources, including obtaining vital documents and health insurance.
