Job summary

Life House in downtown Duluth, MN is seeking an Employment Case Manager to support at‑risk and homeless youth ages 16-24 enrolled in Life House Employment programming. The role focuses on setting employment goals, developing soft skills, and building therapeutic relationships to help youth overcome barriers to work.

Reporting to the Futures Program Director, you will provide case management services, address multiple complex needs, and guide youth toward sustainable employment outcomes aligned

Position Type: Full-time (32-40 hours per week) non-exempt (hourly)

Schedule: Monday - Friday / occasional evenings & weekends

Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00 / hourly commensurate on experience
