Good Shepherd Services seeks an Educational/Vocational Specialist – B.R.A.G. RESTORE to join an interdisciplinary team.

You will help young adults 16–25 reconnect to education, secure employment and internships, and build job-readiness skills within a trauma-informed, youth-centered framework. You will collaborate with case managers, program leadership, and community partners to create Sustainable Growth Plans and connections to GED programs, credentials, and higher education opportunities in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in community work, workforce development, education or youth development.
• Experience providing employment, educational, vocational, or career-development services to youth and/or young adults.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, build partnerships, and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assess participants’ educational, vocational, employment, and career-development needs and goals.
• Develop short- and long-term educational and employment goals with participants.
• Support participants in reconnecting to education, securing jobs and internships, and building job-readiness skills.
• Develop Sustainable Growth Plans aligning goals with interests and strengths.
• Coordinate with employers and community partners to create opportunities for participants.
