Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of case management or similar human services experience.
• Experience working with youth or families, especially refugees.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning activities under a grant.
• Support refugee youth and families with school enrollment and orientation.
• Coordinate enrollments with local school district.
• Provide school tours and parent engagement classes.
• Connect families with mental health or behavioral supports as needed.
• Arrange educational enrichment events and field trips.
• Track grant progress and report statistics.
• Complete documentation of meetings thoroughly and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
