Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of NE Florida is seeking an Education Youth Development Professional at Northwest Regular PT in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on helping members ages 6 to 18 graduate from high school on time by delivering health, life skills, and career readiness programs.

• Knowledge of youth development principles and program planning.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Educational programs for members of all ages (Career Launch, Computer Science Pathway, Diplomas2Degrees, DIY STEM, Money Matters, Power Hour, Summer Brain Gain, Tech Girls Rock, Ultimate Journey).
• Recruit and retain youth for educational programs and coordinate with Club staff to deliver programs during the school year.
• Collect and maintain student grades and other educational data; ensure safety and positive environment.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Program Director; manage schedules and ensure programs run on time.
• May participate in driving Club van and assist with additional events as needed.
