Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience in education, workforce development, or youth services.
• Experience providing employment, educational, or career-development services to youth/young adults.
• Ability to engage diverse communities in a trauma-informed, strength-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants’ educational, vocational, employment, and career-development needs.
• Help participants reconnect with school and obtain credentials.
• Develop and revise Sustainable Growth Plans aligned to interests and goals.
• Coordinate workshops on life- and job-skills topics.
• Build relationships with employers and training providers to create opportunities.
