Job summary

AmeriCorps State / National in Arizona is seeking an UACE Yavapai County Program Assistant 4H to develop, strengthen and deliver educational activities across agriculture, water conservation, STEM, and leadership for youth. You will facilitate hands-on learning, recruit participants, update 4-H social sites, and promote youth engagement.

Schedule includes weekends/evenings and a part‑time workload; start date 01/18/2027 and end date 06/20/2027.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior teaching or youth program experience preferred.
• Part-time schedule with weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver 4-H educational activities and programs.
• Facilitate youth learning through hands-on activities.
• Promote and recruit participants and update 4-H social sites.
• Coordinate planning and preparation of materials for activities.
• Promote youth participation in 4-H events/activities.
