Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Associate’s degree in human services may be considered with extensive experience.
• One year of experience with youth in transition or Pre-Employment Transition Services preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of related education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible students for the Pathways to Progress program.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote P2P.
• Collaborate with school districts, DVR, and Centers for Independent Living.
• Provide creative and innovative career exploration opportunities for students.
• Network with local employers for student work experience sites.
• Provide basic case management to ensure access to partner services and mental health care.
• Mentor students with encouragement and guidance as they plan their futures.
