Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care of individuals in a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Provides direct care to individuals per agency policy.
• Implements appropriate supervision of daily schedules and life skills activities.
• Dispenses medication per agency policy.
• Safely transports individuals as required by supervision level.
• Assists individuals with tasks designated by treatment plans.
• Participates in the treatment team and recommendations.
