Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Youth Developmental Disabilities Operations Manager to oversee the system of supports for individuals served, manage personnel, and coordinate service delivery on-site. The role requires a four-year degree in social services or related field, or a high school diploma with 4 years of I/DD experience; a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• May substitute degree with high school Diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience
• Valid DL that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
