Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead our Youth Development programs in Chester, ensuring safe, enriching experiences across multiple sites.

You’ll recruit and mentor directors, ensure licensing compliance, manage budgets, and build partnerships with schools and community partners to strengthen outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in underserved communities.
• Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
