Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is seeking a part-time Site Manager to plan and lead activities across program areas such as Academic Success, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor/Environment, and Physical Education. You will foster positive youth development by guiding participants, maintaining a safe and inclusive atmosphere, and collaborating with staff to deliver engaging programs.

The role requires strong youth engagement, flexibility, and the ability to pass a DHR background

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to engage youth in group settings.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a variety of activities within a specified program area.
• Foster an environment that supports positive youth development.
• Provide guidance and positive role modeling.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere for all youth.
• Demonstrate a warm, caring attitude and use positive behavior management.
