Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows seeks a Youth Development Professional to help deliver engaging after-school programs across five core areas under the Site Coordinator. You will support activities that keep members safe, engaged, and learning in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school.
• Experience working with youth or teens preferred.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Learn and understand BGCTM program requirements and objectives across all 5 core areas.
• Deliver and support activities that stimulate member participation under Site Coordinator supervision.
• Interact and engage continuously with members in a positive and supportive manner.
