Job summary

Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta is seeking a Program Facilitator to deliver Girls Inc. programming across center-based, school-based, and weekend sites. You will mentor girls, promote well-being and engagement, and ensure programs meet established goals with timely evaluations.

Must have direct experience with girls aged 5-18, strong communications, and the ability to work with diverse teams. A flexible schedule and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree and 21+ years.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive 15-passenger van.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a youth organization or related field.
• Experience working with girls ages 5-18.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage children in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Girls Inc. programming at multiple program sites.
• Promote well-being, development, confidence and participation among girls.
• Prepare and teach age-appropriate programs using Girls Inc. curricula.
• Collaborate with partner schools and staff to gather attendance and behavioral data.
• Ensure program goals are achieved and reported in a timely fashion.
• Maintain professionalism and high-quality program delivery.
