• Experience with youth and knowledge of youth development.
• Experience with upper elementary/middle school youth and interactive programming.

• Plans and leads engaging activities for upper elementary and middle school youth.
• Creates an environment that supports positive Youth Development Outcomes.
• Recognizes participation and achievement of club members.
• Maintains attendance and participation records.
• Recommends new programs and enhances existing programming.
• Promotes program participation and community involvement.
• Orientates new member programs, events, and safety rules.
• Provides guidance and role modeling to members.
• Participates in training and staff meetings to expand skills.
• Maintains orderly program areas and prepares supplies as needed.
• Collaborates in community outreach and event activities as required.
