Salary: $36,000 - $41,000
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hrs
Schedule: Morning and afternoon program, as well administrative time for program preparation and training

Lead your team -mentor and support fellow Youth Development Associates day-to-day.
Own the site -step into site-level decision-making and keep things running safely and smoothly.
Build real relationships -connect with families, school partners, and staff to make sure every kid has a great experience.
Bring the curriculum to life -implement engaging daily programming aligned with our Curriculum Framework.
Keep growing -complete your 90-day training lab and required trainings. We make them worth your time.
Active on your feet -comfortable standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods throughout the day.
Ready to lend a hand -able to move supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs.
Quick when it counts -able to move fast and intervene calmly to keep everyone safe.
Confident decision-maker -able to read situations and act independently without waiting for direction.
Reliable transportation -able to get yourself to your assigned site consistently.
