Job summary

Fab Youth Philly is seeking up to two full-time Youth Development Professionals to supervise, support, and grow our OST programs for teens aged 15–19. You will lead curriculum development and facilitate workshops while recruiting youth and engaging families in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities include relationship-building, program implementation, data reporting, and collaboration with the Youth Programs Team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in liberal arts, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience developing lesson plans and workshop activities for teens with clear goals and measurable objectives.
• Willingness to be trained in and use real-time coaching and positive youth development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support small groups of teens in OST programs.
• Develop and facilitate curriculum and workshops for teens aged 15–19.
• Coordinate youth recruitment and ongoing engagement with caregivers and teens.
• Build partnerships with community members and stakeholders to support program goals.
• Contribute to program reports and data collection throughout the year.
• Assist with event planning, scheduling, and program materials as needed.
