Job summary

YMCA is seeking a youth development professional to expand high school-based youth coalitions and develop leadership skills training for teens. The role aims to lay the groundwork for future program expansion and requires building strong relationships with volunteers and community partners.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of youth/teen program management experience, a strong commitment to character values, and expertise in engaging volunteers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of youth/teen program management experience.
• Strong commitment to character values.
• Experience building relationships with volunteers and community partners.
• Preferred experience in teen/pre-teen program development/management.
• Experience implementing Primary Prevention, 40 Developmental Assets, and/or Positive Culture Framework.
