The role includes direct supervision, on-the-spot coaching, feedback, and collaboration with staff to uphold Club values and ensure positive youth development. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with school-year and summer hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and evaluation of daily programs, activities and events.
• Maintain safety standards and supervise youth.
• Provide real-time and follow-up feedback to staff and volunteers.
• Model Club values and maintain open communication with supervisors.
