Job summary

Alpha is redefining early education by empowering Guides to coach K-3 students toward independent learning using adaptive technology. You will own a cohort, use data, observations, and coaching to ensure each child loves school, learns faster, and develops strong life skills.

You will build scalable coaching playbooks, train Guides, and document effective practices to raise outcomes across the school. This is a hands-on, coaching-first role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including performance management and hiring decisions.
• Experience building or growing a program, school, team, or initiative.
• Compelling storytelling and facilitation skills with young children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching to Guides and students using performance data and observations to drive improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students on communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, and life skills.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group coaching linking motivation to growth and independence.
• Build and refine repeatable coaching playbooks to raise team performance.
• Train and mentor Guides with exemplary coaching and facilitation.
