Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) seeks a Youth Development Coordinator to support both Mission and Columbia Park Clubhouses. You will lead and assist with drop-in activities, tutoring, and structured programs for youth ages 6–18 while helping with daily data entry and administrative tasks.

Under supervision of Clubhouse leadership, you will collaborate with volunteers and tutors to foster academic success, safety, and engagement across sites, with a focus on program integrity and

• Passion for working with youth ages 6–18.
• Previous work or volunteer experience in youth services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and self-starting skills.
• Desire to support teammates in program execution.

Responsibilities

• Engage and facilitate programs with drop-in activities and tutoring for youth 6–18.
• Promote member success through college/career planning discussions.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality across all Club sites.
• Support administrative tracking like attendance and reporting data.
• Collaborate with tutors and volunteers on educational improvement programs.
