Eclectic Soul Voices Corporation is seeking Day Reporting Support Staff to engage with youth and families in Terre Haute, Indiana. The role emphasizes high energy, organization, and responsible behavior, with a focus on trauma-informed practices and strong communication.

Ideal candidates will have youth development experience, the ability to take initiative, and comfort working with diverse populations. A valid driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in experience.
• 3 years demonstrated experience working with youth and families.
• 3 years demonstrated experience in group facilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Must pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate student issues to Day Reporting Program Manager.
• Assist with coordination of transportation services for students.
• Supervise program participants during academic, physical, recreational, field trip, and social emotional activities.
• Facilitate small groups.
• Attend Probation/DCS appointments and court hearings as needed.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing environment for all participants.
• Assist in record keeping, data collection, and student assessments.
• Communicate with parents and families of program participants.
• Any other duties as directed by leadership.
