Job summary

  • Promote and stimulate program participation.
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
  • Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and development of members.
  • Implement and administer programs that respond to members' needs and address diversity.
  • Monitor and evaluate programs for safety and quality; maintain clubhouse appearance.
  • Oversee Front Counter check-in/out and canteen operations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and families.
  • Maintain records and reporting of activities, participation, and incidents.
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings; participate in special programs or events.
