Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to lead high‑energy life skills workshops for K‑8 students and coach them toward ambitious weekly goals. You will guide individual and small group sessions, using Coachbot analytics to tailor your approach and support mastery through Test2Pass assessments.

In this full‑time W2 role, a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with youth are required, along with the ability to work on-site at campuses across the U.S., including Boca Raton and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience with K‑8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus in multiple cities including Boca Raton, FL and Miami Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Running high‑energy, one‑hour life skills workshops for K‑8 students, building communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and other durable skills.
• Coaching students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and Alpha’s motivation systems to help every student achieve ambitious weekly goals.
• Assessing life skill mastery through Test2Pass and providing targeted coaching until every student demonstrates genuine competence.
• Adapting coaching style across elementary and middle school students to meet diverse needs.
• Analyzing weekly student performance data to identify patterns and continually improve outcomes.
