Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Coaches to lead high-energy life skills workshops for K-8 students. You will coach individuals and small groups, using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to track and push weekly goals.

Beyond coaching, you’ll analyze data, adapt to different age groups, and help students build confidence and discipline through real-world skills. This full-time role includes immediate benefits and on-site campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Excited to let AI deliver academics while you focus on coaching and life skills development.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students, developing communication, resilience, focus, leadership and durable skills.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems to help achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is achieved.
• Adapt coaching style across elementary and middle school students to meet diverse needs.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and continually improve outcomes for the cohort.
