Job summary

KidStrong in Greenville is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging sessions for children aged 15 months through 11 years. You will create dynamic activities that blend brain, physical, and character development in a supportive team environment.

We value passionate professionals who can educate parents about our curriculum, maintain safety with CPR certification, and adapt to weekday and weekend schedules. Flexible hours and opportunities for private coaching are available.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Deliver engaging, energetic sessions on weekdays and weekends.
• Adapt activities to individual needs and studio schedules.
• Support parents with curriculum explanations.
• Pursue flexible hours including private coaching.
