Job summary

Lil’ Kickers is seeking a Youth Development Coach to lead engaging, active classes for children ages 18 months–12 years. You’ll use prepared lesson plans to guide fun activities and help kids build confidence in a safe, welcoming environment.

No prior coaching experience is required; training and support are provided, with weekend and some weekday shifts available. Compensation starts at $15–$19 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you grow with the program.

• Lead fun, structured games and activities using provided lesson plans

• Build positive relationships with kids and families in your classes
• Participate in ongoing training and coach development
