Lil' Kickers of Grand Rapids is hiring Youth Development Coaches to lead fun, active classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years through Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programs. You’ll use provided lesson plans, bring energy, and help kids learn through play.

No coaching or soccer experience is required; we provide training, support, and pathways to certification. Weekend and some weekday shifts are available, with competitive pay starting at $15–$19 per hour and seasonal bonuses.

Youth Development Coach
