Job summary

Lil’ Kickers seeks part-time Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead 50-minute soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 10 years. You will oversee safe, engaging sessions and foster growth in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Paid training (30–35 hours over six weeks) and opportunities to advance to Mentor Coach or Site Lead roles are provided. Flexible schedules with 2–4 shifts weekly, including weekends, offer meaningful, consistent part-time work.

Qualifications

• No prior coaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
• Communicate with families before and after sessions.
• Create a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for kids.
