Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16+ (or 18+ depending on CAC ratio)
• Semester units in child development, human services, or related fields preferred
• Experience with children in group settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Nurture children through purposeful programming focused on achievement and belonging
• Maintain close visual supervision of children and organize environment by age/development
• Communicate with supervisor about each child’s development and with parents/caregivers
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and follow safety policies
• Attend meetings trainings and family events; participate in risk management and disciplinary procedures
