Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human/Youth Development or related area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 4-H and Youth Development program in assigned counties.
• Develop and implement interdisciplinary programs.
• Collaborate with community groups to enhance outreach and education.
• Recruit and manage volunteers for 4-H clubs and activities.
