Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead direct care teams in a juvenile facility in Nashville, ensuring safety, order, and program adherence. You will supervise Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors, maintain staffing ratios, and assist in emergencies while embodying ROP values.

The role requires at least 2–3 years in residential youth settings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and medical tests.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age and pass criminal background checks, drug, TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Juvenile Support Workers and Coach Counselors.
• Maintain proper staff-to-student ratio and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Make critical decisions during emergencies and conduct group intervention sessions.
• Inform Unit Managers of concerns and model ROP programming.
• Lead by example and be a role model for staff and students.
